Returns, Refunds, & Order Cancellations

For Print on Demand Products

We DO NOT accept order cancellations for Print on Demand products, nor do we accept returns for ordering the incorrect size. Please ensure you have selected the correct size at checkout.

1. Orders cannot be refunded due to not wanting the product.

2. For mis-prints or damaged products, please email us at contact@shopdevour.co.uk  within 2 days of delivery. We require image proof of the damage or mis-print, with a written description of the problem. If we accept fault, you will receive a refund.

Other Products

Please ensure that you have placed an order for the correct size on checkout. Like with our POD products, we do not accept returns or refunds due to ordering the incorrect size. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so before our dispatch window closes.
